IMPORTANT TRANSIT INFORMATION RE THE ARC PASS
REMINDER-Very Important!
1) If your student needs to take Strathcona County Transit, please log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal and complete a 2023-24 Transportation Request. Once the yearly transportation fee appears in the PowerSchool Parent Portal, please pay in order to have an ARC card assigned to your student. This card will be sent to ABJ within a few days for pick up at the school office.
2) To register your card, go to myarc.ca to create an account and link your ARC Card.
3) Please let your student know they must tap getting on and off each transit bus. So tap on and off the bus you take near your home. Then tap on and off the bus you transfer to at Bethel Station.
4) Transit Arc Cards which are paid in full are loaded each month by Transportation, there is NO monetary amount, is it loaded in time. You do not personally have to load funds for ABJ student ARC cards.
5) If the card is lost or stolen and you need a replacement card, please call Transportation @780-449-6480. Replacement cards cost $6 each.
